The Musical Contexts Great Big End of Year Summer Music Quiz 2026 is designed to be edited by teachers allowing them to select rounds/questions most appropriate to the age group or ability level they are teaching and may also prove useful for music cover work during a busy summer period of school music-making, especially when music lessons have been ‘re-roomed’ due to examinations taking place as certain rounds of the quiz can be completed in classrooms with no music equipment or resources.  
 
The Musical Contexts Great Big End of Year Summer Music Quiz 2026 comes either as a PowerPoint® Presentation which contains all audio files (as .wav files) embedded on their relative “round”, with the answers given on the ‘slide comments’ sections (all audio files are also available in .mp3 format separately), or as a booklet providing an alternative, perhaps more traditional, way of delivering the quiz and contains handouts and full answers.
