1. Add the requested resource(s) to your 'Cart'
2. View Cart -> Checkout -> Add Customer Details -> Continue
3. Select Manual Payment from Payment options (see screenshot)
4. Order will be confirmed, invoice generated and sent and resources available when invoice is paid.
